  I am a Realtor of 13 years, in Dallas, TX. So when we decided to buy our second home in Taos, I was very particular with whom I would work with. Sharon exceeded our expectations. Not only does she know the Taos market, backwards and forwards, she knows EVERYONE in the industry! With a tight closing time, she was able to pull strings to get inspections, etc. sone so quickly.   Sharon did a good job preparing my house for sale in Ranchos de Taos, and handled everything efficiently on my behalf since I live in Texas now. I recommend her as a broker to be trusted. She took the pain out of the transaction!

  Sharon is based in Taos but was also kind enough to help us find a house in Albuquerque. She is very knowledgeable in all the things you'd expect but also has "street smarts" about the pros and cons of neighborhoods, styles of homes, etc. And was especially effective in negotiating our deal. She has always been generous with her time and advice in the various years we consulted with her prior to actually making the move to New Mexico. And as an extra bonus, she is funny and opinionated which made for a very pleasurable home search experience.
